Meditation: Classes via Zoom
Meditation is also part of yoga. Meditation is more a state than an action, but to get there you use a variety of techniques, such as breathing, mantra and chakra meditation techniques, which you will experience in my course.
Regular meditation reduces stress, relaxes, and stabilizes the nervous system, dissolves anxiety, and restores emotional balance. Everyone benefits from it. You too.
