Yoga also includes pranayama, which means breath control. Breath supplies our body with oxygen and disposes of waste products from the blood circulation. Thus, it influences the nervous, endocrine, metabolic, and obviously the respiratory system itself.

The right breathing technique can activate the body’s defense system, alleviate colds, asthma, headaches and reduce or even eliminate sleep disorders. The entire immune system gets a booster.
